The Achieve programme is a course for 11-19 year olds that gives students the opportunity to develop the skills and confidence that they need to succeed in education and which supports their emotional health and wellbeing.  Students works to improve their attainment, personal/social skills and engage more effectively with their education.

Through Achieve, students work to plan their own personal development, attend work experience placements and plan their future careers, plan for healthy, active lifestyles and are encouraged to participate in exercise.   Through the programme they work to develop their teamwork and communication skills, as well as interacting with their local community.

Through the Achieve programme, students work to achieve Awards, Certificates and Diplomas at Entry 3, Level 1 and Level 2.  The higher level qualifications are GCSE equivalencies.
